Like a surfside playground left behind by a “great storm,” Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park features breaking waves, a saltwater snorkeling pool and gushing water surges. The 61-acre water park includes several major features, including Crush ‘n’ Gusher, the first-ever water coaster thrill ride attraction in Central Florida; a man-made watershed mountain with eight twisting-and-turning water slides and roaring streams; a two-and-one-half-acre wave-making lagoon with surfing-size waves, and a 362,000-gallon saltwater pool, Shark Reef, where snorkelers swim fin-to-fin with exotic marine life including butterfly fish, French Angels, tangs, groupers and even nurse sharks. The park also features a water playground for children, sunny beaches and lazy streams surrounding a 95-foot mountain, a shop that provides necessary underwater equipment for Shark Reef.

Defy gravity as gushing, crushing jets of water rush your raft through this exceptional coaster experience. Keelhaul Falls at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park is the mildest of the 3 Falls raft rides. Big kids, teens and adults rush down the mountain and through a waterfall on an inner tube.

MAYDAY FALLS:
Mayday Falls at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park sends you careening down the mountain on an inner tube ride through rushing rapids. There are 3 different Falls raft rides and Mayday Falls is the wildest of the three!

SANDY WHITE BEACH:
Sandy White Beach at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park lies in an area off the beaten path offering lounge chairs, hammocks, umbrellas and beautiful water views for a peaceful atomosphere to kick back and relax.

HUMUNGA KOWABUNGA:
Be prepared to whisk down 5 stories in seconds on this enclosed water slide. Humunga Kowabunga at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon is set up with 3 side by side enclosed slides. Once at the bottom, you'll be saying "let's do it again"!

KETCHAKIDDEE CREEK:
Ketchakiddee Creek at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park is a watery play area just for kids. There are 10 activity areas with fun water features and kid-sized slides make this a perfect place to play for little ones who are less than 48 inches tall.

STORM SLIDES:
Storm Slides at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park are 3 fast-moving body slides for big kids, teens and adults. These twisting, winding waterslides whisk Guests down 3 stories at surprising speed.

SURF LESSONS:
Surf Lessons at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park are available in the hours before the Water Park opens for Guests age 8 and older. For more experienced surfers, private Surf Sessions are also available.

SHARK REEF:
Swim into a tank with real live sharks and schools of tropical fish at the Shark Reef in Disney's Typhoon Lagoon water park. This saltwater adventure takes place on a reef around an overturned sunken tanker. Non-swimming Guests can even go inside the tanker and observe the sharks through portholes. Sink your teeth into this exciting excursion!
